Do they come with an experation date?

yes they do...my last batch was good until 2022

I have checked the label of current stocks which dont show the actual place of manufacture , but from the information on the label i would guess it is made in either UK or Ireland

What flavor is the center of this one supposed to be? It has a strange and unpleasant taste.

It should not have an unpleasant or strange taste. I would return it if it tastes awful. Being a British chocolate bar, it is different from the usual American chocolate bars in that it has a fondant cream inside dark chocolate. The cream and the chocolate mix should taste great.
