Five stars for being an economical and sufficient product which met expectations based on description and price. This is not the most supreme quality, or heavy-duty gauged durable wire, but very inexpensive, shipped fast and a satisfactory solution as a telephone patch cable. There are definitely higher quality cables with greater wire protection available, but to serve its purpose I was unable to find a better deal. This wire will work perfectly to connect peripherals like a phone, fax, modem or computer to each other or the source (wall) if such a connection is required and the applicable ports are available. It's likely best to plug this in and leave it in place; it's outer coating is lightweight and likely not durable enough to be in constant change, use or frequent storage/deployment without suffering debilitating wear.

Needed a long phone line for use in a car; the subwoofer I have uses phone line to connect to a remote. It works.

We recently installed a VOIP phone system and needed a good s5 foot wire since the phone jack was a distance from the modem. This 25 foot phone wire was perfect for the job.

I bought a landline to use for outgoing calls since my cell phone service is shotty. This cord allows me to take it 25 feet away. It works fine, so I’m going to buy it again along with a coupler so I could take it 50 feet away.

Turns out I did not need this after all and could not return. Was a described, however.
