Unless there is a manufacturing defect wich will be subject to complain. We can not accept returns for complaints regarding the wrong or mismatched tire size by mistake of the client. Unless the customer has received damaged or defective product. The costs of returning the tyres to our distribution centre must be paid by the customer. Returns must be adequately wrapped and well protected as it was sent by us originally. Items inadequately protected/wrapped will not be accepted for return. Tyres are sent by DPD / GLS international courier with tracking service. According to their regulations, tires must be packed separately. Personal collection is not possible in the UK due to the main warehouse in Europe-PL. Tyres have European approvals and M+S marking. Most of them including even 3PMSF. The quality of our retreading is comparable to the brand new ones.
