Must have if you like using a griddle outside or inside
After watching everything I could find to watch on YouTube I bought me a pack of these and now they are permanent part of my kitchen because I love them they would just work for anything but I go ahead and use them and make my patties a bunch in advance and I have a food saver and I fill them in there and however many hamburgers I need at the time I can open the bag and take out what I need and put them right back in and reseal them and it is just like opening a pack of fresh ground chuck I can't see ever going without them they also work great on anything else you might like to fry like patties I have a recipe I use and I grate up yellow summer squash and I had a grated onion a couple of tablespoons of flour a couple of eggs some seasoning and I grown crunch up about a pack of crackers just one sleeve and Patty those up and I'm telling you you give it a try everybody loves them this old lady taught me the recipe one day when I was stuck to buy some from her on the side of the road and I'm telling you you're worth to try if you like trying something different with something you're used to imagine it would work good with a bad anything but it really does a wonderful job of those summer squash and you know how they are when they're in season there are only there for a while and then they're gone but when they're there there's lots of them so it don't cost too much to try and you can take $2 worth and feed a family of four easy all they want try them you'll like them and they work good with these things salmon patties something else I like that they work good for and you can make them ahead of time

Not just for Hamburgers!
Much better than cutting up squares from a roll of waxed paper. Saves time and this pack will last quite awhile for me. Use with hamburgers stacked on a plate when there is not much room next to the grill to set out a large tray with several fresh, raw burger patties spread out individually. And of course, making burger patties ahead of time and freezing them. I freeze the amount of patties I think I will need for a meal (each separated by one paper) in a zip-top bag. I tried freezing a taller stack with the thought of taking what I needed from the stack and putting the rest back. That didn't work well because I had to let them thaw a bit to separate them. I'm sure the reason for that is because they are raw and "wet" prior to freezing. These papers work great for crab and salmon cakes too (the same way I freeze burgers). I use one between separate slices of leftover pizza so I can stack the slices in one zip top bag. I freeze large baked cookies with one between each cookie. I am sure there are many more uses... like when needing to separate, or even hold, sticky food items. And I can even see some crafting uses. Worth the purchase for me. ETA 06/06/2018: I started using two papers between each patty as I stack them for the freezer, and that seems to work better.

As Good As Any Others
The UltraPaper Hamburger Patty papers work as well as the more costly brand name. With frozen high fat items, the papers peel off well. With lower fat items, such as ground chicken, one must give a quick cold water rinse or the paper tears. The high dollar ones do that, too. .Laying these under a paper when using a felt marker, they stop all ink bleed to the table below. That is handy! .For gluing, the papers peel off reasonably easily after the glue oozes out of the joint. Depending on the adhesive, some scraping may be needed, but not as much as with plain paper. These are more convenient than cutting wax paper from a roll for gluing stuff. I'll buy more as long as the price remains competitive.

Good product
I've ordered these before. Good size for my patty maker. I use one on each side of each patty. When packaging six to a quart zip lock, u can slide them out of the bag, stick a butter knife in-between one or two, pry with the knife a little and they'll pop right off. Return the others to the bag and back to the freezer or fridge. The papers pull off the patty easily, frozen or thawed. Best papers I've used.

Great for geometry!
Based on other reviews, I decided to order this pack of patty paper for my daughter's use during geometry. The box arrived promptly (as always from Prime) and in good shape. I don't have a lot of experience with patty paper, but this seems to be very good quality. Nicely sized, and a nice weight and finish on the paper. I highly recommend this for geometry (my daugther has used it for transformations so far). It was a tough sell to my daughter initially. She listened politely with a blank face when I excitedly showed her the box--and then proceeded to try to do all the transformation work in her head without writing anything down and grumped at me when I suggested she try it. So, I pulled out the patty paper and showed her how nicely the polygons could be traced with the paper and then shifted, rotated and flipped. The light bulb came on and she has ended up thoroughly enjoying this geometry unit using the little papers to help "see" things more clearly. And I plan to use the 798 remaining after geometry for hamburgers. :)

I like to cook and prep many foods for freezing and dividing stacks into portions. These patty papers are good quality, not a big awkward box for the amount of papers, handy size but can be cut smaller. I have used these dividers for meats, crepes, cheese, sliced bread, buns and quick breads. Buy bulk products, divide them up and freeze to save money. Wrap stacks tightly in plastic wrap and then in freezer bags to eliminate air and prolong the freezer life. Just take what you need and put the rest back in the freezer. The box of papers is much more convenient than big rolls of wax paper.

It's convenient and affordable when I want to keep my meat or seafood from sticking to each other, and perhaps every now and again it does stick to whatever I'm layering it between, but it's an easy fix, a butter knife works wonders when it does stick. I really do love these, and I'll be sure to buy more from this seller if I run out. Thank you so much, ULTRASOURCE!
