Taste is great~Every cookie is broken!
The Walker’s cookies are yummy, however the entire box of cookies were either broken in-half or broken up to seven pieces! I read other reviews and this issue seems to be prevalent. How about wrapping them with bubble wrap and in a proper size of shipping box?

Broken cookies
The cookies taste fine but all except one were broken. If I had needed these for an event they would have been completely unusable. I suggest you do a better job of packing and mark it fragile. The bag looked like it had been stepped on. These are expensive and gluten free shortbread is hard to find. If they hadn't tasted so good this would've gotten one star.

Broken Cookies
The taste and freshness is great however I will not buy them again. Apparantly this company does not read the reviews. There were only 2 cookies in this package not broken. It was a mess. I ordered these hoping the problem would have been fixed.

Teriffic taste but don’t buy for shipping to you!
The favor and consistency is great. The shipping was poor as it gets. No protection . Ordered three boxes , two arrived in the package box crushed and with cookies in bits and pieces. And of course you cannot return food products to Amazon.

Cookies taste great but come broken. Overpriced
It's hard to find gluten-free Christmas treats, so I gave these a shot, as I normally love Walkers' other shortbread cookies. The cookies taste great, with an interesting combo of gentle ginger and lemon flavors, not overpowering. However, the cookies came mostly broken (I think there were one or two whole cookies in the box--the rest were pieces and crumbs), so they didn't look nice on a holiday plate. Over 8 bucks for a box of broken cookies is too much. Won't buy again.

Outstanding GF item
Really tasty. Highly recommend. Gluten Free but just as good as wheat flour based!!!

Pricey but a tasty gluten free biscuit. No problems with previous orders, however today's delivery was shipped in a too small, flat cardboard envelope - subsequently every single biscuit was broken into pieces. Really disappointed. No option to replace available.

very nice, I am afraid they came smashed up but I still ate them in all the little bits. Not as nice as enjoying biting into a biscuit obviously but the seller was very good about it and send a refund.
