Whats the difference between this and the 10fx ?

This one is 680 watts, fx is 700. The overall shape differs also, if you are going to do your own cars this is fine, if your doing this for business get the fx.

Can this polisher used for waxing too?

Yes. You pick what type of wax, compounds, glaze(s), you want to use. This machine is replacing the elbow grease you would be needing with a rag. But the chemicals and steps you choose to take to make that final car of yours shine is what you need to figure out. Chemical guys has plenty of great products and great you tube videos and tutorials. This machine works great. Just gotta know what waxes and othe products you need based on the current condition of the paint/car is in.

The pads and compound/polish that comes with this kit is by Chemical Guys right? What size are the pads?

The pads I received with this kit are the 5.5" variety.

Who can i speak to regarding shipping damage?
