Stone Street Flavored Ground Coffee, Chocolate Raspberry, Freshly Roasted, 100% Colombian Arabica, Gourmet Coffee, Medium Roast, Chocolately Berry Flavor, 1 LB

This is a reorder on my original order from 2 weeks ago. I don't want to run out of it. The raspberry flavoring is smooth and flavorful. The chocolate does not overwhelm the raspberry they meld together. A flavor you can actually taste and marvel in.

I usually buy Stone Street cold brew coffee, but did not notice this variety was regular coffee. First thing to notice was how fragrant the raspberry scent was among the ground coffee smell when you opened the pouch. I cold brewed it anyways, and was surprised by how fragrant and strong the raspberry flavor was in the cold brewed coffee. It was a really nice raspberry flavor (I didn't really taste the chocolate in the flavor, however). It didn't overpower the cup. Think how raspberry iced tea tastes, but coffee instead. That said, I probably won't purchase this again. Not because I didn't like it, but because of my own preferences. I realized that I prefer my teas with fruit flavors and my coffees with nut flavors. FYI, in addition to the Chocolate Raspberry, I also purchased Stone Street's regular aka non-cold brew coffees in Vanilla, Chocolate Indulgence, & Coconut flavors. The Vanilla and Coconut are also good as cold brew with mild vanilla/coconut flavors. The Chocolate Indulgence (as cold brew) didn't do anything for me. I didn't smell or taste chocolate at all, it was actually pretty disappointing, based on my positive experiences with SS's other flavors. The non-cold brew varieties have finer grounds, but I didn't have any problem with escapee grounds when using a nut milk bag to cold brew for about 16-20 hours.

My regular supplier of Chocolate Raspberry coffee is out of stock for several weeks, so I turned to Amazon. I love my chocolate/raspberry coffee, and usually order an organic blend from a small online supplier called Tree Frog (I can't vouch for any other flavor, but her Choc Rasp is awesome.) I really wanted to like this one, because I am in NYC and this is a Brooklyn-based (local) company. It's not bad, but the flavor seems to me to be too much raspberry and not enough chocolate, when if anything, it should be the other way around. I will try again; perhaps if I make a stronger pot, or mix it with some regular coffee, the blend will work out better, but I measure my coffee very carefully and consistently. I'm taking off a star because the taste mix just doesn't seem quite right. Otherwise, it arrived immediately (I think it took a day) and the price is very good. It's just a matter of taste preference.

Flavor is weak

I am very picky about my coffee. I purchased the chocolate raspberry. I had high hopes that the taste would be good. However, I was blown away by how amazing it was. My taste buds did a happy dance on first taste!! No doubt that I will be a loyal customer. I can't wait to try all the other flavors. I have one suggestion for the company. A small variety pack with each flavor would be nice.

I fell in love with raspberry flavored coffee grounds, and these grounds are really great! I’m not a coffee connoisseur though just a coffee lover so I guzzle this right up. My moka permanently smells of raspberry grounds and cries when I try to make another kind. My partner and I do roast (pun not intended) the bag almost every morning bc of the “serious coffee for serious New Yorkers” thing on it haha but great job!
