Used these for a family graduation party. The quality was better than expected. The caps have an elastic one size fits most. They fit snugly but don't squeeze too tight and give you a headache to wear them. The stitching is good and the tassels are great. They are very plain, but could probably be fancied up a bit if you are a crafty individual. They worked nicely for our purpose and put the finishing touch on the party decor.

The cap has a good fit with the elastic insert in the back. The problem is the tassel and button. Both are glued on, not centered, and when you try to move the tassel the button pops off and the button is plastic and looks cheap!
