These replacement electrode pads are large, easy to attach, and work well with compatible snap-style TENS and EMS units. They provide good coverage for the back, shoulders, legs, and other larger muscle areas. I gave this 5 stars because even though the adhesion does not last anywhere near 25 times as stated ... THEY DO WHAT THEY'RE MEANT TO DO which is why they come in bulk. The area I apply these to are washed and shaved, yet last no more than 5 times or so > which again is why these come in bulk. So from that perspective these do great, are well worth the cost, and are a must have. If you use a muscle rub first THEY WILL NOT STICK.

Very sticky in the beginning but they dont last as long as I would ideally like but for the price and quantity very worth it

As a starter, I have a BioMega TENS unit model SM9128. I used the pads that I received with the unit for about 9 months with standard care (using them only on clean skin and washing the pads with a mild soap when conduction got bad). The replacement pads from BioMega were $20/pair regardless of where I found them. These snap onto the leads of my existing unit, though not quite as firmly as the originals, and they deliver a good connection and conduction is good. So it works. Based on my initial use, these pads seem to have a softer gel on them, and feel like they will wear down a little faster. But at half the cost for 10x as many pads, it's still a bargain. On my successive uses the adhesion to the skin has noticeably decreased, but conduction was still good. So I can't move around much with them or they fall off. I use these to relax knotted muscles, so I am not a daily user or even a weekly user. I'd say I will use them twice a day for a couple of days when I have an issue. And that is usually once or twice a month. So far I do like the price for what I received and the performance is as good as the original though there are minor perceived (read as subjective) quality differences. If you are someone who will use their TENS while walking around, you may not like these. If you're like me, meaning you use it while sitting, they will likely work well as an affordable alternative to your brand name.

I love this product and Im using it now. I bought extra pads because i didn't know how long they last and i'm still on the original pads. I bought it several months ago and I use it every few days. The pads are still sticking where they should and they still deliver the charge. Very effective and discreet little machine. It has an amazing lithium battery that lasts longer than any battery powered device i own. i have only had to recharge the battery once since purchase. My neck has been a perennial problem for muscle spasms and headaches. This device is a drug free way to eliminate the pain and relax the muscles. The controls are simple. it has two channels for two separate cords one with two pads and one with four. I have not gotten through all of the options to date. Twenty different patterns and i have yet to crank it up to full intensity. I drop it a lot because of the arthritis in my hands but it keeps working and there is no visible damage. I do have to put my glasses on the read the screen icons, but with glasses the icons are clear and simple. I have no problem strongly recommending this product and i will gladly answer any questions you may have about it.... oh yes one more thing, its a very flexible device as it not only eliminates pain but a resourceful purchaser can put it to pleasant uses aa well.

Good and reliable

My original purchase of theses pads and machine were much better. I have purchased 6 new sets and the adhesive as you can see does not stay on. This was just pulled out of the new pack. I have had 2 knee replacements recently and to use my tens unit helps a lot. I am disappointed with these pads. Now to find new ones is not fun. These are the same as my original pads but poor quality minimal conduction.

You can get one or two uses out of them that's about it and do yourself a favor and buy the gel it just work so much easier
