Natural protection for your cells
I use this regularly at the suggestion of my naturopath doctor. While there's no way for me to feel its effects - in other words, I don't notice anything - it is a staple and I've been healthy since going to this doctor, thanks to supplements like this. And by the way, this doc is also an M.D., so I believe she has all the bases covered. She will always go towards building health and preventing health breakdowns via natural means, and this is one of them. I tend to trust what she has seen work in her practice over the years, and this is one of her strong recommendations. She routinely tests it for me every time I visit, and it keeps coming up as something my body needs.

clears up skin immediately
an acupuncturist recommended these to me years ago... and I was happy to see them available on amazon. These have helped me immensely with hormone-related adult breakouts. When I take these regularly, my skin does not break out. My only complaint is that they are pretty darn expensive. Worth it for me.
