I ordered this cabinet 2 1/2 years ago. It is a great sturdy product and I am still using it. Still looks new. I had issues with a set of drawer slides. I contacted them with the problem. They responded and immediately sent me out a new set. What prompted me to write a review so long after the fact what a tv stand/cabinet I purchased a couple weeks ago from a different supplier. It came pretty beat up. The box had been opened and re taped. Upon opening it seemed the pieces were ok. When I got to the parts box it was destroyed and had been heavily re taped. I opened that and the parts/hardware bag had been ripped open and re taped. Instructions were also missing. Instructions would have told me if I had all the pieces and how to put it together. Because it was missing the instructions, a few sheets of paper, the only option they had for me was to re pack a very large and very heavy box of cabinet pieces and haul it back to a shipping facility for return. This is what happens when you deal with a company based out of China. The people who I bought this office cabinet from related to this review are right here in the good old USA. Here and able to help you IF you need help with your purchase. This product is a great addition to my office.

I found it easy to assemble, it's really beautiful put together, and it's very sturdy. I don't know about what others feel happened with their orders, but mine got delivered in 3 days and I found the directions very easy to read. There were no nics or damages and as much as I wish I was getting compensated for my review, I'm not! I thought with all the file cabinets out there, this was definitely worth the money, even with the shipping cost, more so than any other cabinets with drawers I looked at. The measurements were perfect and I was able to find the storage baskets, here on Amazon, without an issue, plus they fit perfect! I think it's Awesome for what I need and I love that there's a lock on one of the cabinet drawers too! This is a honest review and, if you look at my profile and other reviews I've done, I'm a no bs kind of chick. I hope this helps you out while shopping. Cheers

It looks great, and it's sturdy! The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that a few of the pieces were chipped, but nothing a black marker couldn't cover up.

Great quality for the price. Directions are all pictures, but easy to follow. It turned out exactly as shown and everything lined up/drawers are perfect. If you can’t afford a steel or wood file cabinet, this is a great choice.

Not very steady- Cheap quality. Wood was already chipped in multiple places. But received it very quick.

Really versatile for office space! Has wheels to move the cabinet around!

Very nice solid piece of furniture. Instructions for the assembly were easy and only tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Tip: give yourself lots of space and layout all of the pieces and parts in order and when your assembling make sure that you hit every page. Had a couple of times where the pages stuck together and I didn't realize it and had to go back to do a step I missed. Perfect size for our small home office and like that we can lock some of our more sensitive information up.

The rail for the drawers is janky and doesn't close smoothly. The drawers only open halfway, so they're not very useful for using as actual file drawers. You literally can't reach half of your files. The drawers are much less deep than a standard file cabinet. The entire thing is much smaller than pictures make it look. I can't store printer paper on the shelves because they aren't wide enough to hold it. It's super heavy and basically impossible to return - espevially since I'm disabled.
