Can the belt make it through TSA without taking it off?

When I through TSA in 2022 with the belt linked below that has a plastic buckle I was told to take it off even after explaining it contained no metal. I had gone through TSA a few times in prior years without issue while wearing it. One time I went through TSA screening and got search more after the scanner. After moving on I wondered why and discovered that I missed a quarter that was still in a front pocket of my blue jeans. So a non-metal belt may or may not be allowed in a scanner. Does being fat effect the sturdyness of belt?

Not at all. It worked just as good when I was 260 as it does now at 190. Best belt you’ll ever own.

Is there enough adjustment to carry iwb or owb on the same belt once cut to length?

Yes. You will want to cut for IWB as that will be where you will need the most belt. That will put the buckle in the middle of a 10" track and allow you 5" of adjustability in 1/4" increments. Thanks for your interest in Kore Products!

I wear size 46 pants. Will this belt fit me?

Yes. It’s literally in the description of the product. Also next to the color and price it says: “ Size: Fits 24" to 54". You cut the belt to size and attach the buckle.
