It's a great ash grey shade 😍 I recommend to start at the roots wait approximate min. and finish the rest as stated in instructions. Overall it's a perfect grey shade doesn't look bad as it seems to have an undertone. Doesn't smell strong, no burning sensation, feels like applying conditioner.

I’ve had allergic reactions to box and professional dye, so I did two patch tests, which I was very happy had no adverse reactions. As shown, the box comes with a cape, ear covers, and gloves, which is handy. Compared to typical dyes, the pudding consistency is even easier to apply than foam dye. I didn’t have any issues with staining in an all-white bathroom, nor did I have any skin staining. I should add that i used red toning conditioner prior to the “after” photo, since the most pre-lightened part of my hair had a greenish tint that didn’t have to do with their hair dye. The coverage is very even, lightened my very dark brown hair without damaging it. This product is very gentle and doesn’t need more than 20-30 minutes, doesn’t need heat, and hair is soft and shiny afterwards. I will definitely use this again and highly recommend it!

This is the 2nd box I bought of this in 2 weeks. The first color turned out beautiful. I needed some more because I was coloring a halo extension and only used a little of this on my already gray hair. The first color, like I said, beautiful. This one turned out an orange-y looking, washed out brownish-gray. It looks like crap and I'm really pissed. I'd like my money back or a new box because something was wrong with this one. Idk what's going to happen but that's where I'm at right now.

The color is so beautiful and it smells amazing 🤩 But sadly after just 2 washes it’s completely gone 🥲 I’m using color-safe professional shampoo and it still fades away so fast

It was a beautiful color when it developed, but when I finally had to wash my hair after dying it (I used color safe shampoo and cool/cold water) it was like I never had even dyed my hair. Very sad because the tone was perfect, I have stubborn brassy hair and thought this could tone out the warm tones. Also turned my roots a lighter color, like an orangey hue. Really disappointed.

Color doesn’t last at all, the gloves are cheap and awful and it’s expensive. One box is not enough for even short hair.

The hair color was not sealed and packaged securely. The dye was unusable . It says no returns. Save your money, buy something else.
