So far so good!

Not Recommended Especially for Vegetarians
Zero communication from them about this item. It does not state what kind of capsules, if gelatin or vcaps. I tediously had to switch the content into cellulose capsules each time until I gave up and stopped using it because I found the other brand with the black bead looking pills. These pills didn't work anyway. Very ineffective. Would not recommend especially for vegetarians.

Works great for decreasing fibroid tumors
Use product for fibroid tumors. Now they have decreased in size.

cured hot flashes
I am 65 years old, and have been on HRT since age 52. Despite the hormones, I have had 4 am hot flashes whenever I had too little sleep, getting back to sleep really difficult, creating a nasty insomnia cycle. Three days after starting this herbal formula, the heat stopped, never to return. I am gradually reducing the hormones. Absolutely miraculous as far as I am concerned!

Helps with Endometriosis pain
I have endometriosis and I DO NOT want an hystorectomy at 43. These things SAVED MY LIFE!! They take the heat from your period and the pain from endometriosis and just make it die down. I take this with Reshei Mushrooms and they help so much. So I think this is the best stuff out there but I'm going to try a different brand. So far this one has been the best but I will let you know how one of the others works. But I can't tell you how much this saved from some of the worst pain associated with this disease.
